“The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. ”
“Er is airco, televisie en een koelkast op de schone kamer. De badkamer is iets aan de eenvoudige kant, maar er komt goed warm water uit de douchekraan. En er is een lift.
Helaas wordt er 's ochtends geen ontbijt meer geserveerd, alleen een gratis kopje oploskoffie of thee.
De ligging in het centrum is ideaal.”
