“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to……

“This property was wonderful. The code system is really easy and the room was wonderful. The shower was spacious, our room had wall to wall windows which was gorgeous. The hotel DOES have laundry machines that you can use, even though I couldn’t find that on the listing, which was crucial for us. It’s so close to the daily farmers market, where we picked up breakfast every morning, and the Marktplatz tram stops, so it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. I would absolutely stay here again……

“The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. “We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment (senior studio with balcony ). It was all that we needed and right next to the pool which was handy . It was really handy for the train station and close to all the trams which meant that it was a great place to explore the area as well as France and Germany . "Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience. "
