“Good room Thanks”

“It was a spacious room, comfortable bed with good aircoditioning and black out curtains. Room service was food and food very good and plenty of options. Lobby and restaurant was good. All this made this hotel worthwile, so 5 stars. Some people may find these things important for a star rating so just mentioning.... No mini fridge and microwave in room though there was provision for this. The safe was inoperable. Lacked cleanliness in bathroom. Shower doors were heavily stained with hard water……

“Room: it is big and clean seems to be new (or been renovated), with kettle but not fridge, bedsheets and towels were also clean. Location: there are some local small restaurants and markets nearby, it is easy to get a rickshaw, cab, Uber or Ola. Staff shown inappropriate behavor. Breakfast: only 2 slices of bread omellete.”

“It is not worth to stay here at the price being charged!. Rooms lack basic amenities. I had broken chair, falling walls, poor quality of toiletries. The property lacks overall cleanliness and hygiene.”

“No room service, not even tea or coffee available. Room looks cosy and well designed I stayed for 3 days. Second day I had to ask them to get room cleaned else would hav cleaned only after I checked out.”

“The shower didn’t work, It had no handle to turn water on or off. The place was stained with marks all over the room. The AC remote was not working, etc.”
