“Molta disponibilità ed elasticità dell' host per il check-in e per il check -out ci hanno consegnato la casa alle 08:00 appena sbarcati dal traghetto e abbiamo potuto lasciarla il tardo pomeriggio prima di ripartire. Ottima posizione per chi si sposta come noi e non ama stare appiccicato ad altri , struttura immersa nel verde con il mare di fronte a 10minuti in auto , unico neo nei gg in cui siamo stati noi la notte c'erano dei cani che abbaiavano disturbando il sonno .”

“Villa pocket, quindi compatta, ma straordinariamente bella ed accogliente. Dal solarium si gode di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sull’isola della Tavolara.Lo spazio esterno è molto ampio con bella piscina, sdraio, grande ombrellone e non manca nulla per godersi una vacanza di grande relax. Essendo noi una famiglia di 5 persone sarebbe stato utile un secondo bagno ma la disponibilità di una doccia in giardino ha comunque agevolato molto. Per il resto c’era davvero tutto quanto necessario e……

“Wir hatten diese Wohnung bereits im letzten Oktober für zwei Wochen gemietet und schon damals mit der Höchstnote bewertet. Nun hat sich das äusserst sympathische Vermieterehepaar, Maria und Pietro Marcuccia Altea, aber noch ein grossen Zusatzpunkt verdient, denn sie haben die ohnehin schon bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit nämlich noch mit einer Klimaanlage ergänzt. Diesen zusätzlichen Luxus haben wir sehr genossen, denn so konnten wir in den kühlen Morgen- und Abendstunden……

Das Haus ist urig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. der Garten ist eine wohlfühloase mit verschiedenen Plätzen (zwei Terrassen, Hangematte) zum entspannen, verweilen und gemeinsamen Essen. Die Betten waren bequem und durch die ruhige Lage war der Schlaf sehr erholsam. Wir waren begeistert vom autarken Konzept des Hauses. Strom war immer da, das Wasser abends fast immer heiß und niemand musste kalt duschen. Die……
