“Perfect for what we needed”

“Great little cabin very near the lake. Cabin was very clean and cozy. I am a bit picky about cleanliness and this place was great. Some of the features like the restroom upstairs and kitchen have been recently upgraded. Cabin has that rustic cozy feel but has nice upgrades. Very quiet area and didn't even see another person anywhere. TV was nice as well with an Amazon firestick. Check-in/check-out process was easy. Lola was a great host and responded to all questions very quickly. Would stay……

“Very small room/studio for cheaper price (vs hotel/cabin). PROs: Price was ~half of Motel 6 (Big Bear Lake) on 4th of July! Three beds. Private toilet, mini fridge. Front door access was easy to use (lock/unlock, open). The neighborhood seemed quite safe. CONs: Very small - a room/studio attached to house. Path to entrance is dirt and somewhat slippery - walk carefully. Appeared to us that room was used for storage: there were at least 6 mattresses in the room for 3 beds. Very little uncovered……

“The house is ideal for accommodating 8 people comfortably, and the 3.5 bathrooms were a great convenience. The children especially enjoyed the record player, playroom, and hammock chairs with a beautiful view of the valley. ”

“I was in search of a place to ease my dog's anxiety of loud fireworks during 4th of July. Running Springs was the perfect location as it was far enough from 4th of July fireworks activities at the lakes. The cabin was the perfect size for me and my 60-pound dog. I appreciate that all the need amenities were there like a coffee machine and kitchen supplies. The cabin was super clean and organize. It was in a nice neighborhood where I can walk my dog safely. It was also close enough to restaurants……

“We had a group of friends and family in town to attend my nephew's wedding. The space was perfect for us as we had enough room for everyone including bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. Our host Kim was very responsive and assisted with a few questions right away. Great spot for large group.”

“Javier was a great vacation rental owner, and his communication with us was great. The check-in process was very smooth. The cabin interior is just as described. I will say one really great thing for the beds. They were super cozy and comfy and I hope Javier tells me where he bought the pillows and duvet from lol thanks Javier for a good stay.”
