“第一天到的時候不知道是人很多還是什麼房間沒有浴巾請他們拿打了兩次電話隔天去吃早餐的時候服務態度很差我們的樓層發出臭味也告知他們請他們來處理也很慢要去泳池竟然沒有浴巾請我們等一個小時住宿那麼多次很少碰到這樣”

“El hotel bien, si tu idea es solo llegar a dormir, ya que no cuenta de menos cuando me hospedé, con restaurante. La alberca está fuera de uso por que la estan arreglando y se ven lentos, asi que pregunta antes de reservar. El cuarto que me tocó salian dos gotas de agua del labavo. Si cuenta con aire acondicionado. De lugar de estacionamiento solo caben 5, si no alcanzas lugar, te tienes que estacionar en la calle. ”

“El lugar está bonito. En general está limpio y el servicio estuvo bien. Podría mejorar en la limpieza de la alberca y que contraten más personal para el restaurante. ”

“No esperen un hotel llamativo ni bonito, al menos por fuera. La fachada es pequeña y se confunde con los alrededores, ademas es eclipsada por un puente vehicular. Respecto al interior, mejora. La recepción es pequeña y al menos el cuarto que me tocó no tenía ventanas. El baño y regadera pequeños y prácticamente sin muebles. Quieres guardar ropa? En tu maleta. Tv de 24 " Y sin agua caliente. Lo bueno es todo lo demás: Wifi, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, limpieza y buena atención.……

“The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice.”

“我定的是高尔夫景观房，当初是最贵的一个，结果拿到的房间在3楼，什么都看不到，楼层巨矮，并且根本没人什么高尔夫景观，在很偏的一个楼，里面的餐厅也很一般，总是不是什么很好的体验。”
