“The Thundebird Resort was in a very nice area. There were a few things that didn’t work well. The refrigerator light didn't work. The television didn't work and Wally (tv viewing service was really bad). The personnel really tried to help but to no avail. And the Thundebird Resort websote should state phone calls cannot be made except for emergencies (911). Perhaps it does and I missed it. ”

“From the get go, Karen was very responsive. Check in was super easy. Greeted by Karen and then walked in to a house of surprise goodies left by Karen for my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. The hot tub, the walk to the river. The animals around the cabin! One of the best places we have stayed. We will be back soon!! 10 out of 10 stars!! ”
