I was satisfied with everything. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Nice hotel. Rushed out checki. Got us which was appreciated but otherwise staff were not overly helpful - each time we asked for something about the town or area (or arranging transportation) they could/would not help us & were difficult to understand when speaking to them. Hotel breakfast is extremely expensive for what is offered. Incense smell in main lobby is overpowering & off putting that could not stay in there for more than a few mins at a time.

Upon checking in they did not acknowledge our free vip complimentary breakfast, I had to ask and then they found the notes in booking. We also had no hot water the first morning and instead of changing rooms for us they asked at first if they could get us to shower in a room adjacent until they could resolve the problem which was odd. When we pushed back as our day was already delayed in starting they agreed to let us change rooms. The breakfast was ok, if it was not complimentary I would not have been happy with the price and selection offered.

I would have never imagined that our stay in the bustling Bayswater area could be so quiet. The staff at 55 by Le Mirage placed us in a courtyard room on the first floor. The double room was cozy and designed well with a small entry area, another area with a desk, and a really big bathroom. Four different USB charging areas (8 ports), which was more than what two people needed. The breakfast was cold continental, with plenty of options and fruits, breads, and cereals. Great location, tastefully done, and a healthy breakfast to start your London day.

What a wonderful stay! Location: so convenient, walking distance to Hyde Park, two tube stations and lots of shops, cafe and restaurants. Customer care: staff are all so friendly and caring. Mentioned it's part of hubby's birthday celebration. They prepared balloons, towel folded cake and a big Happy birthday bear balloon for him. We are so touched! Room: very clean and so quite in the evening. The family room is spacious, a queen bed, a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. It comes handy when you have children that don't want to share beds with each other. Overall: 10 out of 10!

Extremely kind and helpful staff. My room looked brand new and was very nice. The neighborhood had many hotels. The hotel was a liitle less high end than the room pictures give the impression of (the pictures correspond to the reality but the overall look of the hotel, guests and neighbourhood aren't as chic as the decoration gives the impression of).
