The single room is quite cleverly photographed on the site so that it doesn't show how truly tiny the room is. The bed is right next to the sink and kettle, the microwave is on a shelf at the foot of the bed, next to the TV which is angled above the bed. The room is tiny. It's also right next to a streetlight and not double-glazed, so you can hear every noise from the rather busy street below until the small hours. I slept terribly.
On top of all that, they demand a card for a £75 "breakage deposit" when you arrive, which is barely mentioned on the listing. If I'd known before I booked I would have gone somewhere else because they are often a scam for the unwary. They did not return this deposit to me after more than a week after checkout, so I had to ask the bank for a chargeback.
All-in-all a terrible experience, would not recommend staying here at all. Next time I will spend the extra £20 and stay in a real hotel.
