I had not planned on posting pictures or complaining about the state of my room when I first entered it, as I genuinely only planned on showering and sleeping there, but if this review helps even one person avoid a bad experience, it'll be worth it. The floors hadn't been vacuumed in some time, with popcorn, buttons, string, toenails/ fingernails, dust, and various types of liter lining the carpet of the room, the paint on the wall looked atrocious and was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, leaving bits of paint on the counter, the cups in the bathroom were dirty, and there was hair and mold in the shower. You can hear people entering and exiting their rooms at all hours of the day/ night, hear their conversations, and hear them walking across the floor. They claim the internet is secure, but it is actually open to everyone in the area, allowing anyone with unsavory intentions to watch what you're doing online. Their staff, which seem friendly at first meeting, make disparaging comments about your nationality and disability, and when you bring it to their attention, they threaten to sue you. Avoid at all costs.

L’accueil au desk déplorable ! La chambre vétuste et sale, une salle de bains de 2m sur 2 avec les toilettes le lavabo et la baignoire impossible de se brosser les dents à deux personnes, pas d’eau froide ni au robinet du lavabo ni à celui de la baignoire et de la poussière partout sur les rideaux sur les murs et je ne parle pas de la moquette qui n’a pas vu d’aspirateur depuis des lustres. Pas de kit beauté dans la salle de bains, pas de crayons ni de bloc papier comme dans tous les hôtels 4 étoiles. Un petit déjeuner très décevant une seule machine à café et défaillante en revanche le personnel du petit déjeuner est très accueillant très sympathique. Très cher payé pour des prestations miteuses.

The room was small and in no way an executive room. Was given 407, right next to the lift. The shower was stuck on a hot temperature, which was mentioned to reception. Staff were friendly enough, place was clean, despite building works happening in next door building, which could be heard from 9 am and which wasn’t mentioned when booking.

This was a perfect location! Hotel staff is wonderful, close to great metro stations, easy to make it from the aiport via paddington station. We could roll our suitcases to the hotel, streets allow it. The hotel breakfast is the best! Hot breakfast and they prepare wathever you want from the menu. The room was small but accomodated a small extra bed for our daughter. It had all you needed! Internet wssnt the greatest though, disconnected constantly but that wanst a problem for us. Overall, loved our stay here so much!

The staff was lovely, we arrived at 11 and could check in immediately. In the evening the reception called up to our room to check if everything was to our liking. Breakfast was great, with made to order food as well! The biggest downside to us was the bathroom, it was quite hard to get in and out of due to limited space, you have to stand in the shower to enter and exit basically. We also missed having a small fridge to keep drinks and snacks cold. The area is great, Queensway has a lot of nice restaurants and cafés and multiple supermarkets. The tube station is just around the corner and Paddington station is also very closeby. It was only at night that we felt a bit unsafe/uncomfortable at times due to some dodgy figures roaming the streets. All in all we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was clean and it was cleaned every day which was great. Bedding was changed and you could get clean towels anytime. But the room is very small, had no basics such as a fridge. Wifi was practically not working. TV had no sound. Shower head wasn't working properly and the curent was poor. Beds were small and very soft.
