I would NEVER recommend this hotel due to how gross the rooms are and the lack of customer service. If you do stay here, inspect your room for mold and if you have a problem at night, do not even BOTHER trying to deal with the guy who works the night shift unless you would like to be spoken down to rudely.
I'll start with the good: this is in a lovely location. There's a lot that you can walk to and there's a tube station, bus stop, and ferry nearby.
Now the bad. Our room was musty, had mold in the shower, bathroom, and by the windows, and a bug. When I called down to the front desk, they offered to switch our rooms. I asked to see the room first, and from that point on I was given such a nasty attitude by the man who works the night shift. He spoke down to me so rudely and made me feel like I was crazy for wanting a clean room. He made me feel very uncomfortable to the point of tears and I believe he was misogynistic, as he had a very different tone when my husband showed up. The new room also was dirty with mold. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I should find another hotel. Thankfully, the man who cleaned the hotel cleaned the new room, which the front desk man told him repeatedly not to do. Weird. When I complained, we were given free breakfast and were offered a cert. for a weekend stay at any of their hotels, which I turned down because we had such a terrible experience here. No other support or contact from management. Save your money and time.
