Never will come back. Disappointeing, dirty and dated hotel (i am not sure if i can evevn call this a hotel to be honest). Reception/staff poor attitude, lazy, lack of passion, and do not really care about the feeling/comfort/pleasance and the need of their guest (whenever you request something they would deny you and say "it is the company policy", unless you reason with them but my request are basics that any hotel would provide). My room is dirty, filthy, damaged (mould and dust everywhere, scaled shower head, scaled boiler, holes in the wall, and damged bit everywhere). No wonder they have a very poor scored reviews. I have been to many hotels in the UK and none operate as terrible as this. During the last night, they did not even make my bed which does not give me a good impression. Definitely a nightmare, ruin my stay in london. My family and i all agree that the hotel is so terrible that we wouldn't come back, nor recommend to anyone. There is plenty of hotel that are much better in Victoria or other places in London with similar or better price, but more importantly better quality.

Windows didn't lock so were kept open all night, Stains and hairs on beds Marks and stains all over the walls, No tv cables for the tv Light fittings hanging off the wall, 1 towel provided for a family of 6. No breakfast there and was advertising they offer breakfast when you book a family room. Rude customer service We were very uncomfortable there,

Worst experience for a hotel. Good price but turned up to a place with scaffolding all there. The front desk really coudnt care. The were doing work inside also. Got to room.....electrics hanging off the wall, no towels, soap, toilet paper, tea , coffee, no fan with the heat etc not even the basic of basics were covered. Crap over the walls and scaffolding literally outside the window for workers to look in. I refused to stay and ask my gf to wait while go sort another hotel. Paid extra £40 at best western. The standards were 100% better. Then went back go my stuff and went to give the key back and no front person. So just left the key and walked out. My and my gf can accept basic stay for a price but that was another level!! A prison a better facilities.

A narrow, multi-story building with simple, single rooms with a bathroom and shower. The price is reasonable. The reception is friendly. Relatively quiet.

We checked in at 23:00, ready to go to bed after a tiring day in the city. As we were checking in, we were given the choice of spending the night in a different room, deemed "better" by the receptionist who did not elaborate any further, but we would have had to check out way earlier than normal, at around 8:30. We declined as we were very tired, thus were given the "worse" room and we soon understood what he meant. The room was right behind the reception, so that we could hear anything being said at the counter, and it was honestly terrible, not even worthy of a 2 star hotel: there were just the bed, or I should say a pile of dirty mattresses from the Victorian era, and one nightstand; the handle on the bathroom door was held in place by divine intervention. We were so tired that we didn't care and started unpacking and preparing for the night. Unfortunately, the receptionist apparently had a very important call to make at midnight and his voice was impossible to ignore. But the worst part came after 15 minutes of laying on the bed. I was checking the itinerary for the next day when I noticed something moving on the bed: immediately after, I realized with utmost horror that it was a bedbug. We filmed it before killing it and notified the receptionist that we wouldn't have spent a single second more in that room. We packed our stuff and left. I have to say that he was never confrontational and suggested another 2 star hotel nearby. Overall, a terrible experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was infested with fleas, and I woke up covered in bites all over my body. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

CONS: very basic, just a room and a bathroom, no shampoo or soap provided. PROS: excellent location, walking distance from Pimlico subway station and about 10 min walk from Victoria metro / train station, area seems nice and safe. if you want an affordable and well located place and dont care much for fanciness this is your option.

Siamo stati in 4 ma gli spazi sono molto ristretti. C’erano 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 da una piazza e mezza e non c’era spazio per altro. Inizialmente ci hanno dato un solo asciugamano e solo su richiesta ci hanno fornito un asciugamano a testa. Il bagno molto piccolo anche se abbastanza pulito ma con maniglia doccia divelta, tavoletta del wc divelta e senza coperchio. Non presente aria condizionata e riscaldamento.

For what i paid it was good, the room was a bit small but clean, last floor (i think it was the third) with no elevator and no spaces except the rooms. As a first impression i just thought who knows what kind of room i will find instead it was ok. The bathroom in my room was small but clean and shower working well. If you are looking for a place in a quiet and pleasant area near the center i suggest it. 10 minutes walk to Victoria station and 20 to lots of sites. For a short and cheap vacation it's fine!

The bed and pillow were awful. The pillow was flat. The bed sagged so much in the middle that I would slide into the middle and couldn't keep my head at the top. The room was extremely small, which I knew going into it. There was no fridge or microwave. The bathroom was small that I had to sit sideways on the toliet. The shower curtain was disgusting looking. I found a bug and I really hope it wasn't a bed bug. It had good internet connection when you ask the front desk.
