Not cleaned.

we stayed 4 nites. Room was not cleaned. I checked in around 9:00pm. The shower gel bottle and the shampoo bottle in the bathroom were broken. There were hairs on the floor of the shower room. This condition keep on for every day. Towels were yellowish and don't feel clean.

Excellent location

The hotel is right at the corner of a busy street and above the metro. Excellent location but very noisy (you can hear ambulance siren all the time, because it's across the street from the University of London's hospital.

Location is great and very convenient with metro station nearby (less than 5 mins walk). Lots of restaurants within walk distance (10 mins). Hotel service is good and clean.

Hotel room is small but it’s fit for a short trip and it’s equipped min needed. Location is great and underground Euston station is round the corner and nearby (Warren street station) which take less than 5 min. There are lots of restaurants located within 10-15 mins walk and it’s very close to King cross station which is one of best option for people who travel to London by Train.

nuestra estancia fue de cinco dias: Hotel muy bien ubicado, especialmente que nos toco huelga del metro y podiamos caminar a casi todos los lugares de interes. Cuartos extremadamente pequeños, no se tiene ni un closet para las maletas, tenian que ir guardados abajo de la cama. no se tenia ni un lugar donde guardar las cosas. En las fotos se entendia que los cuartos eran mas grandes. por lo tanto se me hizo muy caro para el tamaño del cuarto. el refrigerador lo tuvimos que apagar ya que estaba muy ruidoso y no dejaba dormir. no muy buen servicio, solamente contestan preguntas pero no dan un extra, ni siquiera cuando pregunte sobre el servicio a cuartos y el menu, me pidieron que lo solicitara yo directamente al restaurante. por el precio esperaba mucho mas, solo por la ubicacion es que lo recomiendo.

We had an excellent time at this hotel, esp. after we were moved to a larger, brighter twin room than the original one (our first night). Although there weren't many places to hang or put clothing in either room, the shower was great and everything worked well. (The TV in both rooms we experienced was tiny though and I could hardy see it from the bed.) I realize that the size and format of the rooms varies considerably within the hotel and even within a category. The staff were very accommodating and the (paid) breakfast was great. Although there's an elevator in the hotel, be ready to drag yourself and your suitcases up quite a few stairs to get into the hotel. The location is fantastic and the windows are well sound-proofed.

Property was within easy distance to Euston Station even with walking support. Hotel was pleasant as were the staff. I think that upon checking in, it would have been useful to explain the 3rd person surcharge for a double room as there wasn’t room to swing a cat. The room was noisy but to be expected in central London. The bar/restaurant seemed nice but there were a few unsavoury looking characters coming in & out swapping phones behind the bar which made us feel uncomfortable. We had breakfast on our first morning but we decided to cancel. The second morning as we didn’t feel it was value for money and we sought breakfast elsewhere. Would we stay again? Possibly not, there are plenty of other hotels to try first unless they were all full of course.
