It was an inferior experience, at least to say. We've been asked to provide credit card details and a copy of the ID to be taken. The payment was already made through Expedia, the request to hold the bank and personal details was unreasonable, and we declined to provide it.
The room was not thoroughly clean, and the bedding was stained. We decided not to stay, but to our surprise, the receptionist refused to check us out and process a refund.
The owner was more concerned about where we were originally from than resolving the problem.
Racist and inappropriate insults were made towards me and my son, and we left without a refund.
Avoid at any cost!
