Service levels were disappointing for the price of
Im not a complainer but wanted to share my experience with my stay at your new hotel as a customer. I’ve stayed at multiple hard rock hotel locations.
This is more constructive criticism than complaining. I want to see your hotel and operations do really well. I understand you just opened and your staff are all really nice. You can’t teach personality. That being said improvements need to be made with an experienced management staff to help them improve providing great customer service at a hotel of this standard. Otherwise this hotel will not stay in operation which we all don’t want.
Upon check in I pulled up to the front entrance in my vehicle and introduced myself as a guest. I asked the best way to check in and if there was assigned parking for hotel guests. The concierge looked at me as if I was asking a confusing question to a point where I thought he was joking around with me but he obviously wasn’t.
Upon check once I parked the staff were all really nice. A staff member guided us to our room. We could tell the hotel was far from being at capacity on a Friday night. The best room advertised as a suite was purchased by myself the night prior.
-When we got ready to enter the room the staff member made a comment that she had personally stayed in the room and it has the smallest bathroom of all rooms that are advertised as suites in the room category we purchased.
Lastly we called to order room service from the menu in the hotel room they said they don’t offer.
