The staff are great but there were broken items like the toilet flush , the small fush was broken. Pillows stained under the pillow casing. Bathroom needed drcorating and found a disposable razor stuck to the curtain base. The bathroom needs decorating in the outside bar area the rattan table had missing glass and rattan cushions looked worn/stained. We could not reduce the temperature of the room as could not work the control panal thus had to open a window where fenchurch street railway station was noisy with hustle n bustle of announcements and people. We were buy the life abd thus heard tye mechanusns and people talking through the walls. The room was a delux but the size of a shoebox. One of the key problems for me was at breakfast a spatular for eggs was knocked onto the floor by the staff and he put it back on the stand for people to use, I pulled him up on it and he went back to kitchen to replace the utensil. However It opens a question about best practice for dining.

Nice enough hotel. Swimming pool is the best thing here. Huge indoor pool with good sauna & steam. Staff all lovely & very helpful. Restaurant food & staff very good. Ask for a room with a view as our room looked onto an internal space full of air con units & not out towards tower bridge as we’d hoped to get.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn Station Tower Hill. Von hier aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich gar nicht so klein, aber äußerst unpraktisch eingerichtet. Die Ablage und Staumöglichkeiten sind vielleicht noch für einen Einzelreisenden ok. So wird ein Drittel des Schranks von Minibar und (nicht nutzbarem) Kühlschrank belegt. Der Safe nimmt weiteren Platz in Anspruch und die Kaffeemaschine blockiert einen Teil des einzigen Tisches. Für den Preis hätte ich anderes erwartet. Ansonsten war es sauber und alles funktionierte. Es gab genug Steckdosen und das wifi war sehr gut. Der Zimmerservice ist ungenügend und schaffte es in den seltensten Fällen das Zimmer bis 17 Uhr herzurichten. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht dem Hotelstandard und ist somit ok. Die Bar ist überteuert und die Getränke allenfalls lala.

The property location itself was nice right by a train station, which made it really convenient and definitely walking distance to Tower Bridge. Tons and tons of food options, which was really beneficial as well. I found the washrooms to be quite dirty with grime all over the tiles. I also ended up getting an allergic reaction from the bedsheets and I was staying in an executive room.

We had an excellent stay! The room was so spacious and the whole family loved the swimming pool! It was so close to everything and we really enjoyed the walkability. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. I big shoutout to the Concierges who helped bring our bags down the stairs to the lobby and for answering our questions. We enjoyed our hosts in the breakfast dining room who welcomed us every morning with a smile, and a table. We give another shoutout out to Arnel, whose hospitality started the day off right. The housekeepers were wonderful, whenever extra towels were needed, we had them in minutes. Spa was nice and relaxing, as was the pool.

The lobby was beautiful, always someone at the desk. The offerings of waters and biscuits were handy in the lobby. The pool is huge, the hours for children were decent. The pillows were hard as rocks, and our room wasn't serviced two days - but i think that's our fault since our schedule was weird. The bathrooms having a full bathtub and a shower was nice. plenty of hot water and it was very quiet. exceptional location to Tower Hill Station and the Tower of London.

Room was too small compared to online pictures. There was no shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom. Sink drain was plugged. Towels were old and ripped. Room air conditioning unit was not working and you can’t even open windows. Our room was heating up to 29 C. Bed runner and long round decorative pillow was smelling very bad as it has never washed.
