Very average
The entrance was not noticeable and not much signs. Cllean in genereal. I suspect the room had paint refurnished recently, it had a really strong acidic smell, especially in the bedroom. Felt it wasn't ready for accommodation. Opening the window during the entire stay didn't help. Paid 240GBP/ night and didn't feel it's worth the value.

酒店位置佳，鄰近景店london bridge, tower of london 等等。食店應有盡有。但酒店的工作人員態度一般，有點看面色的感覺。酒店的暖爐有一個壞了，不能使用。另外兩個也是時壞時好。熱水爐水不夠熱，而且由於電熱水爐關係，煲水需時。如果這個價錢，下次會考慮住一般酒店。

Good location
It was my second time to stay in this apartment. The location is quite great cuz it's near the underground, and there is TESCO next to the apartment so we can buy food to cook! The rooms are comfortable. The only one to improve is their efficiency for checking in. Overall are quite fantastic!

We have always liked staying in this location because of the ease of getting into central London and the nearby dining and beverage options. Staff has always been good but on my last couple of stays have been superb. There seems to have been some really good new hires and I thank them for their hospitality.

Property was very nice and clean. It fit my family perfectly. I highly recommend it. There is also a convenience store right next to it which is great. It’s not far from many areas and I would use them again.

Aemon was very helpful at check-in, gave us some great local recommendations and even stored our luggage until our room was ready. Room was comfortable and suited our needs very well. Definitely would stay again.

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour. Secteur top: supérette juste a coté, station de metro à 3 minutes à pied (6 arrets de St Pancras). Calme . Appartement tres propre. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut. Une superbe vue sur le London Eye. 2 bémols : le bruit horrible de la ventilation de la salle de bains qui s'active avec la lumiere / la qualite du canapé : on sentait tous les ressorts quand on s'asseyait dessus. Apres une journee de marche c'etait dur. Et en mode lit c'est encore pire... Mis a part ces deux points, on y retournera sans problème

The location is perfect, the space is great, the staff are lovely. The floor was dirty (take slippers to wear), my wifi did not work and was not fixed during my 3 night stay despite reporting it twice (I was given the login for the next door room to use), there was no phone in the room so I had to go down to reception anytime I needed to speak to someone, the bath plug did not seal properly so a bath could not be drawn, and even if it could the hot water took 2 hours to heat and then lasted 2 minutes (the shower was always hot).

Fantastisch appartement, ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto. Het is schoon en de mensen bij de receptie zijn vriendelijk. In de ochtend is het mogelijk om verse broodjes te halen, bij de supermarkt onder het appartement. Vanaf het metrostation aan het einde van de straat kun je naar elke gewenste bestemming reizen.

Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again.
