I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new renovated, I saw a group of insects gathering at a corner of the ceiling. Anyway, they rapidly arranged another room for us. Overall, their hygiene is fine in acceptable.

Large rooms with all comforts. Good intercontinental breakfast... Excellent location 5' walk from West Brompton tube station. Room cleaning done every day with towel change. I highly recommend it!

Mercure London Earls Court is located in a great area with lots of amazing restaurants and bars. The subways are close by. It's very clean and quiet. It's a typical Mercure. Will come back.

Das Hotel macht von außen keinen tollen Eindruck, was auch am Viertel liegt. Innen ist es komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig gestaltet. Leider fehlt im Badezimmer die WC-Bürste - auf den Bügeltisch und das Bügeleisen lege ich im Urlaub weniger Wert.

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Mercure London Earl’s Court und sind absolut begeistert! Wir hatten ein normales Zimmer mit Frühstück und es war wirklich top. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, super sauber und hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Besonders gut fanden wir den täglichen Room Service – man konnte aber auch einfach das Schild an die Tür hängen, wenn man nicht gestört werden wollte. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Zwar gab es jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot, aber die Auswahl war groß und vielfältig, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei war. Die Lage ist perfekt, um London zu erkunden. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Bahnhöfe (ca. 5 bzw. 15 Minuten entfernt) und direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden: von Drogerien über Fast-Food-Ketten wie McDonald’s oder Taco Bell bis hin zu normalen Shops – alles beginnt schon nach 5 Minuten zu Fuß und zieht sich über eine lange Einkaufsstraße. Außerdem kann man problemlos über Uber Eats oder ähnliche Lieferdienste bestellen. Alles in allem ein fantastisches Hotel – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

we had 2 rooms for 4 nights, both rooms were clean and comfortable. hairdryer, ironing and a nespresso maschine... all you need for a stay. bus stop and underground nearby. the staff is super friendly and helpful gladly again!!!

I was in London for a few days and the location and accessibility of the various zones from this hotel and the nearby under/overground stations were ideal. The hotel itself was well kept, attended to, peaceful sleeps were had, and the facilities were more than satisfactory. Highly recommend.

Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for me and I had to ask for just a sheet, which solved the problem. Friendly staff.
