Staff member was nice, room was clean but very basic, hotel was comfortable and quiet. Annoyances - check-in service didn't work properly - made me go all the way through a lengthy entering of private data - standing out in the middle of the street on a huge screen - and then would not produce a door key. Not sure this is fully GDPR compliant? When I did get a key - only used it once and it stopped working. MK need to get their systems sorted out if they want to automate so much. Breakfast "buffet" was poor - the only hot options were beans, tiny hash-browns and sausages - pretty rubbish for the amount they charge. No parking at the hotel. The decor of the place is sterile and soul destroying. Really, the only thing this hotel had going for it - was the fact that the one member of staff I saw and interacted with was quite nice, cheerful and helpful (but I fear the poor man was swimming against the tide) and the fact that it happened to be near where I needed to be.

If no frills hotel stays is your thing, then this would be ideal for you. In order to gain entry into the building you must first fill out an electronic form on the pavement before your passkey is issued and you’re able to access the building. Once inside there’s no one manning reception.

Nice hotel, hardly anyone there

Decent enough place to stay. Room was clean and tidy. Just feels like no one is there. One member of staff on reception and only during the day. As a lone female traveller it made me feel quite vunerable. I’d expect hotels to have night security as a minimum.

Great location for a no frills stay

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds, contrary to how they looked. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great too- simple but fresh eg the fruit salad wasn’t a few days old like some budget hotels try to get away with.

El hotel es muy bonito y confortable pero falta personal que atienda el check in, este se debe hacer en una máquina afuera del establecimiento. Nunca llegó información al respecto. En algún momento tuvimos que comunicarnos con el hotel antes de la llegada y al momento que contestan inmediatamente cuelgan.

Die Unterkunft ist für einen Londonaufenthalt gut. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Gelegenheiten zum Essen und trinken und die nächste U-Bahn Station ist 10 min.entfernt. Das Hotel selber ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück war ganz gut und das Personal haben wir nur beim Frühstück gesehen. Einchecken ging problemlos über einen Bildschirm an der Eingangstür.

Estadia tranquila, o quarto estava limpo e diariamente foi feita a limpeza. Ponto de destaque para o café da manhã, tudo fresquinho e uma delícia! O meu único ponto de melhoria, seria para o check-in/check-out, para deixarem a informação mais explícita caso seja necessário realizá-los na “máquina de self check-in/checkout”. Mas de modo geral, sai mais que satisfeita. Estadia foi incrível!!
