Overall good with small shortcomings

Closer to Pimlico tube station rather than Victoria station, in a good neighbourhood. Was given a lower ground level room, room was small but overall quite comfy. Can hear tube trains passing, doesn't bother me too much but some may find it a little noisy. No lift, travelling with large suitcases may be inconvenient.

Had a lovely one night stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming, helpful too. Room was compact, but was very clean and had everything we needed, including air con. Would not recommend for trips more than 2 nights, due to lack of storage/clothes space. 10 minute walk to Victoria Train station, underground and coach station. Good transport links for around getting around London. Served us well for attending a gig at Brixton academy. Thanks for a lovely, comfortable night.

Arrived at the property to check in and was told they had moved me to their sister hotel 5 minutes away as they were fully booked. Why advertise the room then? The room was ok, clean but incredibly hot. Far too hot, the windows were locked and air conditioning not working therefore an extremely uncomfortable evening with very little sleep. A large gap under the door also meant you had the lobby light shining in to the room. No water in the room, no breakfast tea, no fresh milk and about 19 sheets of toilet paper and no spare rolls. If you’re thinking of booking, be warned as you have no idea where you’ll end up staying.

Be aware that it’s not made for people with accessibility locations and this place focuses on short trip travelers in the budget rooms as there is no space for luggage. Fantastic little boutique hotel in a nice quiet street. Within perfect walking distance of all the major landmarks. A perfect price from Expedia made for a great weekend away in London!

Catfish photos - Photos don’t show that you are 2 levels down with no window (just a sky light above). Also, there is barely enough room to open two carry-ons, so I cannot imagine the pain of staying with bigger luggage. As these were things we didn’t really care much about, we would’ve had a great stay, but the cleaning staff threw out a whole bag of our toiletries for no reason, and have yet to reimburse us. Clean, and a nice area though.

Close to the Victoria coach and train/tube station, as well as a few pubs and restaurants, but still on a quiet street. Small, but adequate room. Staff were so kind and accommodating (I have allergies and there were no issues when I arrived).

A menos de 10 minutos caminando de estación Victoria, y ademas pasa Bus frente al hotel. La habitación es exageradamente pequeña (considere no caben maletas grandes, no tiene espacio, y no tiene elevador, usted las carga). Chambre avec tout le confort utile pour quelques jours de visite bien que petite. Quelques efforts sont à faire tout de même au niveau du nettoyage (poussière étagère et bouilloire ) des petits travaux sont nécessaires au niveau de la douche qui est vieillissant.
