Pan Pacific London is the first hotel I've ever stayed in my years of traveling that truly made me feel at home.
We stayed in London for a week. During the day, we had a great time walking and touring around the city. By the time we were done and back to the hotel, we felt so relaxed in our room which was so warm and cozy that I'm not exaggerating it felt like we were back at our own home. The housekeepers also added nice personal touches to their daily work. For example, they neatly tied up all our digital cables and electronic chords (we had so many laying around in the room) which inevitably brought out an appreciative smile on your face when you came back and saw them.
All the staff we met in the hotel from the first day we stepped in to the last day we left were all super sweet and helpful with no exception. These are the names I can remember: Hazel, Antonio, Kamal, Luvick. And there are many more who I did not get to ask for their names. Their genuine care and hospitality made this hotel stand out from the rest.
It is worth mentioning that my daughter has severe multiple food allergies. She was so well taken care of when we dined there including our afternoon tea experience that I did not have slightest concern in our entire stay. We tried the afternoon tea at Fortnum & Mason later on - it felt so pale in comparison in terms of both food quality and service.
London is a wonderful city. But Pan Pacific London, you added color and warmth. Thank you!
