We stayed for 2 nights. Roughly 30min from London main city. We conveniently had to take a circle line directly to tower hill. Small cozy rooms. Breakfast had very limited options but was good nonetheless.

What a location, close to Hyde Park and near 3 great tube stations, Bayswater, Queensway and Notting Hill Gate Wonderfully ran hotel and the room altough being small (albeit, single traveller simply in need of a head rest) was perfectly neat and tidy. Once again, lovely quiet location. Loved it.

Staff were rude upon arrival. Nowhere to refrigerate cold water on a hot summers day. But you can buy a bottle for £5 on their “room service” app which is out sourced I might add Charging ports suspiciously placed it weird areas so your lead can’t reach but don’t worry, for £20 you can buy along cable. The show was weak, the AC was non existent and the food in there was so over priced for the same price we went to high end restaurants 😂 I know it’s a travel lodge but away

great location and staff were nice enough but the bed was the most uncomfortable in all the stays we have had and we’ve travelled loads recently and stayed in more than 15 hotels over the last year, the bed was so small and slippery couldn’t sleep comfortably at all and they placed us downstairs next to the toilets!! all night you could hear the hand dryers and the elevators, the walls were paper thin, literally plasterboard, my husband knocked on them they were hollow. The staff also hoovered outside our door at 7:30am which couldn’t have been more annoying. There was good parking though and the staff were nice and the location is amazing walking distance to portabello and cute markets and the price was very very good we paid £34 for a night on bank holiday weekend which is cheaper than a travel lodge. the area was booky at night though there was a guy hanging off the railing opposite and he was there for so long just staring and the hotel doors are locked at night so just be careful

Die schlechteste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Die Hygiene ist eine Katastrophe unser Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, war bereits dreckig als wir kamen. Die Fenster im Zimmer kann man nicht öffnen, da alles voll mit Taubenkot ist. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man sich nicht richtig bewegen kann. Das Frühstück oh je, also erst einmal muss man sich sein Geschirr von den anderen Tischen zusammen suchen und wenn man Glück hat bekommt man einen Kaffee , wenn man Pech hat ist die Maschine 4 Tage am Stück kaputt. Das Personal hat kein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und Zimmerreinigung fand nicht statt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann frische Handtücher und Toilletenpapier bekommen. So ein schlechtes Hotel lange nicht erlebt, bin froh, dass wir uns keine Krankenheit geholt haben. Jedoch werde ich auch über Expedia nicht mehr buchen, da ich den Bewertungen und den Sternen traue. Scheinbar werden diese Angaben nicht über Expedia geprüft.
