I had the best long weekend staying here. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Don’t be put off by the work still going on, it was immaculate! There were cleaners in the bathroom every morning and evening-it was spotless! The location is perfect for sight seeing or going to the theatre, you are in the heart of Piccadilly. The tube is literally around the corner and there is a bus stop directly outside. I cannot fault this newly opened hostel. Bring a padlock for your pod (& hairdryer etc if you need one) but they do provide everything you need at reception. I will 100% be staying again!

Do Not Stay at Piccadilly Hostel

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Piccadilly Hostel. When we arrived for our booked check-in time at 3 PM, we were told we could not access our room. Instead, we were sent to another hostel owned by the same company, with no real explanation or apology, and were simply told to wait - without any clear indication of when we could check in. We ended up waiting for hours, and even after 5 PM, there was still no solution. On top of that, the conditions at the hostel were unacceptable: - The “capsules” were unbearably hot because the air conditioning was broken. - It was impossible to take a shower, as the water was scalding hot and could not be regulated. - The staff showed little concern and handled the situation extremely unprofessionally. We paid for a service that was simply not delivered. This experience ruined a significant part of our trip to London, and I absolutely cannot recommend anyone to book a stay here. I expect a full refund and will escalate the case further if this is not properly resolved.
