Clean updated hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Conveniently located close to Terminal 5, which is why we stayed. Everyone staying is for the same purpose, Terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus that runs every half hour to Terminal 5. Easiest and cheapest way to the airport. Stops right outside the front door of the hotel. We had a family room. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would stay again.

This was an excellent hotel choice for our 2 night stay in London, when we had to be near the Heathrow airport. 6 minutes away from Heathrow terminal 5 by bus 423, the station was right in front of the hotel. The room was completely sound-proof, extremely clean, crisp bedsheets, very comfortable beds and quality bedding, AC, modern, nothing to complain about. Check-in and check-out was fast, we enjoyed a nice late night dinner at their restaurant, breakfast was also excellent, with hot breakfast items, English breakfast, fruits, pastries, good coffee and really nice and friendly staff. There are also vending machines with snacks available, they also have a coffee shop. We were very pleased, and we would book this hotel over and over again.

Alles in allem ok. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Flughafens (T5) via Uber oder kostenpflichtigem Hotel-Bus "hotel hoppa". Waschbecken war defekt (Ablauf ließ sich nicht öffnen) und Toilettenpapier war fast alle. Sauberkeit in Ordnung!

There ist nothing much to say as it was just a quick short stay as an overlay to the next flight. The Hotel was fast to reach by bus from Terminal 5 at London Heathrow. Check-in process was uncomplicated and fast, so we had the chance for a few hour nap before our next flight

Key card cutting machine wasn’t working upon arrival so I was awarded a skeleton key that opens every door in the hotel! And so was everyone else! That means everyone could’ve opened anyone’s door unless bolted from the inside. In my opinion this is further evidence the world is now over-engineered but I genuinely couldn’t sleep

Everything was great besides the location It was almost a kilometer from the terminal. If you landing after 10pm you need to take an Uber. During the day time there are a shuttle every 45 min and it cost extra 15 pounds … for my family of 3 it was almost extra $50 just to get to the hotel Not very convenient
