Considering I booked this property for convenience and I did book it very late because I bought last-minute tickets for the boxing, I was rather impressed with the overall facilities and service of the property. Considering I paid £86 to stay in the centre of London near Paddington Station And be able to use a proper shower and hang my clothes up it was very good. however, after returning from the boxing event at Wembley, I was very much looking forward to my sleep however if I’m brutally honest, the bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on obviously it was a single as it was just in the room, however the matches is very uncomfortable it was only provided one pillow because of the heat as well and the weather conditions on the hotels fall I was unable to sleep instead of getting the hours I’ve planned probably got about three. It was also an issue not being able to fill up my water bottle anywhere apart from the tap which I didn’t think was the best. But for £86 a place to stay for convenience I was very impressed. I would just wish to have a bigger bed next time potentially but I would definitely come back if the situation was resolved.

Our room was like Harry Potter’s room under the stairs. A tiny shack that did not look like the photos, at all. It was all the way on the 4th floor and there’s no lift in this building, so any coming and going was always a hassle. I understand the building is not equipped for a lift but I wish I knew we’d be on the 4th floor before I booked it. The area is fantastic tho, and the beds were comfortable enough. But the room was too small and when I looked under the bed it was filthy.

Location is great. Management is terrible. They give you fresh towels every 3 days. I was there for 5 nights. At home I have clean towels every day. They advertised breakfast but stopped that so people still had it included in the room price. I booked 8 months ago.Yet it is still listed on their room info card. Rooms need to be cleaned on occasion. Under bed was all dust bunnies. I dropped something and had to retrieve it. Found a mens mascara in the process. Of all the hotels I've booked through Expedia, this was the worst. I think I am being generous with my rating. Location is only a block from Paddington station so underground and train to Paddington easy to get to.

När vi bokade var frukost inkluderat och därför bokade vi detta hotell. När vi efterfrågade frukosttider var frukosten inställd! Dessutom var dubbelrummet på plan fyra utan hiss, lagom för en person. Endast en sänglampa och en plats för ex en bok. Det fanns ingen stol och det hade inte fått plats. Annars var rummet i fint skick.

Juste pour une nuit, oui.

Les chambres sont petites mais propres. Les murs fin, on entend les voitures extérieures et les gemissements des chambres voisines. Attention, il ne propose plus de petit dejeuner.

Fint lille standard hotel

Fint lille standard hotel uden de store dikkedarer… Små værelser, men når man kun skal sove der i forbindelse med besøg i London, så er det helt fint. Fin lille Continental morgenmad. Kunne godt have været mere spændende, men acceptabelt.

フロントの対応がとても親切で良かったです。室内は狭いですが、清潔感がありました。また隣接するレストランの朝食も悪くありませんでした。最低限のパン、ゆで卵、サラダ、チーズ、ヨーグルト、果物、コーヒーをいただけます。周りの環境も良く移動しやすいホテルです。コストを抑えたい方にお勧めします。

I think is the poorest hotel stay I have stayed There were 22 single beds when I booked when in fact one was a folden futon that hurt my back all night I didnt get any sleep, mattress felt like a 5 cm foam topper, the room was on the top floor 5 flights of stairs to go up no lift and I had a foot injury so this was a nightmare, plus it was freezing and had a breeze from the broken window I was shivering during the night as the AC was so noise so decided to turn it off. I opted for the breakfast I do not know how they can call that a breakfast, no coffee (machine was broken), industrial bakery wrapped in plastic, 3 slices of dried ultra process meat and and all sugary items, horrible. I would avoid staying there

Poor.

Left on the doorstep in the cold for 10 minutes when we arrived, along with another guest who was trying to collect her left luggage. There’s no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. The room was tiny, the bed was hard up against the wall so my husband had to clamber across the bed to use the bathroom during the night. Never had to go outside to the cafe for breakfast during a stay at a hotel before. No housekeeping on our first night, when we enquired about this, we were told it was because we hadn’t used the door hanger to request this. We used it the following day & our room was still not cleaned. Tiny bathroom with no area for placing toiletries except to balance things on the sink. Not worth the money we paid, would not stay again.

Tout est mini et minimaliste. Micro chambre mini lit,mini petit déjeuner,mini service. Hôtel globalement propre mais beaucoup de disfonctionnement( lampe de chevet,poignée dévissée,porte de douche ne se ferme pas. Bonne situation / personnel sympathique

Nous avons été accueilli par un charmant concierge, qui nous a monté nos valises à accepter que l’on récupère la chambre avant 15 heures. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse. Ils font tout pour que nous soyons À à l’aise. Notre show n’était pas très grande, mais il n’y avait juste ce qu’il faut. Nous avons passé tout notre temps dehors. Nous sommes à deux pas de la station de métro. Merci à toute l’équipe de cet hôtel pour l’accueil et la gentillesse.

Very small rooms, but clean, helpful staff and inexpensive. No elevators, just a narrow steep staircase DO NOT BOOK if you cannot negotiate stairs. Staff did assist with baggage to room.
