We have just returned from a stay at your hotel My husband and 2 children have had a lovely time Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a suite which was just lovely and really appreciated The room has everything you need Iron, ironing board, towels, shower gels, shampoos, fridge, safe The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we had so much space The location is amazing right next to Warren Street Tube station that literally gets you everywhere to all main attractions we had visited Harry Potter studio tours before our arrival then on to London where we explored Oxford Street and surrounding areas, Camden Market etc We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting you again soon xx

Great location for Euston station which is the main reason I booked plus as a person with a disability using a scooter it was flat access into the reception from the street. One of the lifts very tricky to enter (the one on the left) due to the staircase and I was unable to reverse out due to furniture outside the lift so use the lift on the right would have been very useful advice. Once I got to floor 2 I was unable to open the heavy double doors and get my scooter through so had to wait for a guest to come along to ask for help. Then trying to get into the bedroom was impossible because of the angle and the huge post outside so again had to wait for a guest to hold the heavy bedroom door open whilst I got off my scooter and manually moved it into position with a fractured back. Once inside the television is in the wrong position to be able to watch it from bed. I realise it's an old building and they are limited but it could be better. It's very attractive and the bar restaurant and staff are nice but just too difficult for me to move around so I stayed in my room.

The rooms were nice, but we had a problem with the air conditioning. They came and fixed it after we reported it. The road noise was a bit of a problem. The steak and lobster restaurant was not good at all. The steak was thickness of a hamburger patty and not worth the price paid for it.

Booked a city view room and ended up looking at a brick wall. It’s only Expedia that call it city view, not Radisson Blu. Room looked tired but functional. Only booked for a one night work trip so served its purpose.

Very disappointed with this hotel, in particular the room. We stayed in a standard room for 2, this was small and very dated. The bed was a large single, not suitable for 2 people. We had room service, and the food was seriously shockingly bad, pizza tasted like a cheap frozen supermarket pizza and the chicken breast burger was just sliced pieces of chicken in a roll with cheese. Very loud from the outside. Seemed to be issues with the TV satellite so most channels didn't work on the TV, wasn't a big issue for us. on a positive note the breakfast was very good and the rest of the hotel, such as reception and restaurant area were pleasent.

Lovely hotel quite central. Next to the underground, but even walking distance to Piccadilly area. A lot of useful shops nearby (coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarkets,…) in case you need something extra. The staff was really amazing, especially the room service that helped me sorting out a problem at 6 am. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the man, but I will never stop thanking him. I go back to this hotel yearly for my work and quality/price is excellent.

Stayed as an Expedia VIP but was never offered the benefit. Hotel decor is dated but clean. No electrical ports bedside. Super inconvenient. Location is great! Easy access to shopping and local attractions.
