Great location for theatre land. Drawback is unable to get taxi to the door. Great breakfast with excellent staff. Room not immediately available despite arriving at 3pm. Nespresso coffee machine in room pretty useless and lack of milk to make own drinks. Great shower. Overall pretty good despite my negative comments.

This is my go to hotel on Leicester Square. This place is straightforward, sound proofed and nice accommodation for the price. Now that I have stayed many places on and around Leicester Square, I would not want to stay anywhere else. The air con also works well. I would stay here if I had to choose a place that was good for the theatres around LS and also LS itself.

The hotel is tired and had lots of refurbishment going on that we weren’t warned about. Our shower was broken as the water was boiling hot. Despite reporting this to the reception on day 2 it wasn’t fixed. Great location but overpriced for a poor quality hotel.

The property is ideally located for everything in London which is why they charge what they do. Honestly that wouldn’t be a problem had the rooms been clean and not smelling of sewage, had to get a room change late at night which wasn’t great at all. Hotel just seems tired other than the reception and bar area.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich perfekt! Wir konnten alles zu Fuß machen. Leider kann man die Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen und somit konnten wir nicht lüften. Die Sauberkeit innerhalb der Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Den Lärm von den Straßen oder vorm Gebäude hat man leider sehr deutlich gehört. Dafür hat man von anderen Zimmern nichts mitbekommen. Der Empfang war Mega hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. All in all kann man das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Very central to Coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to an underground station. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Rooms can be noisy as the Hotel is on a busy square.
