we booked one family room for 4 but family room was not available. we got free upgraded to two double bed rooms and free breakfast. we accepts them arrangement and the located is closed to tube station.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty and lots of choice and even we can pick items from the menu without paying extra. It is vert closed to the Gloucester Road Station and you feel safe even you return late at night. Will stay again if I come to London next time.

This hotel is just few minute's walk from the tube station and is very convenient. Counter staff were friendly and attentive. However, with the brand of Radisson Blu and the room rate, the room is surprisingly small. The bathroom is designed in a slightly weird layout. However, I must emphasise that the breakfast is a gem. A comprehensive buffet with even a-la carte menu? The buffet food is already pretty extensive and it tastes good. Staff were attentive enough to refill or even just to tidy up the juice jars or bread baskets to make it look neat.

Great location for the museums, walking through Knightsbridge and wandering through the embassy district to Albert hall and Hyde park. Very friendly staff and the bar looked nice

I had previously reviewed the property in March, to which the hotel responded and asked me to contact them when booking to allow them to showcase their upgraded rooms. So I did...... The room 'upgrade' looked pretty, was spacious etc but the same issues remain and the upgrade is a lick of paint and new chairs. The main issue was the air con - which a staff member admitted just doesn't work. They need to remove it from their amenities. It was 25.5 degrees in the room and they suggested a fan or opening the window. I ended contacting Expedia who managed to have the staff engage with me and two hours later offered me a different room (an un renovated room) which was cooler as the window was open but still no working ac. They offered no partial refund, just looked blankly. Location is great, but doesn't hit standards of other radissons.

The staff are very good. The breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel needs refurbishment as it is starting to look worn. The room was basic. The mattress was terrible. There was no working fan or way to cool the room.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. One of my worst hotel experiences ever. Extremely rude staff at check in and a filthy room that hadn’t been cleaned with a soiled toilet. Extremely loud AC kept me up all night and ancient bathrooms and fixtures worse than a motel. I never leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. I’d give zero stars if it was possible. Phone in room doesn’t work either to call downstairs and had to call with my cell phone to get WiFi password. TV turns on and off by itself. Disaster

the room was ok but the bathroom is so small and and i was not comfortable of an old painting of a person in the room . Shortly after arriving, we noticed air conditioning was not working in our room. Staff came up to have a look and verified the issue. Hotel agreed to give us new room next day. Luckily, it was the weather cool that night in London (April 2025). Next day, we had our new room. A little inconvenient, but staff responded quickly. Had new room next day with good A/C.
