Less than 2 minutes from Arkansas Nuclear One. Quiet two-bedroom apartment located on Lake Dardanelle. Spacious parking, so bring your boat! Primitive private boat ramp access and outdoor electricity on site for your boating needs! Unwind out back with a cup of locally roasted coffee and private views of Lake Dardanelle. Want to cookout? Grill access is available if you want to cookout for the evening. Want to relax with a bonfire? We have a communal patio area with fire pit and wood ready for you to enjoy! High speed Wi-Fi with smart TVs in the living room as well as both bedrooms.

Lovely lakeside getaway

We enjoyed our stay and would happily return! Adam and Shelby were kind and hospitable, and made us feel right at home. The location is superb, within driving distance from many parks and hikes. The property is quiet and serene, and the lake views out in the backyard were unforgettable.

Hanging the hat

It's a good place to stay for hanging your hat after a long day of exploring what the state has to offer. Near numerous state parks and the river/lake, you don't have to travel far or long to find someplace new. Adam was quick in addressing some needs while we were there and overall a good host.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

My father and sister in law and I journeyed up to Arkansas for the eclipse. We had the opportunity to stay @ Adam's spot and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The suite is very comfortable with everything you'd need, even excellent local coffee! I will be back and next time will being my boat! Thanks Adam & family for the beautiful stay.
