Best location to commute to Wembley stadium. 7min walk to Aldgate station then Take metropolitan line. There is a seafood store downstairs selling raw prawns and fishes......etc. Would buy some to cook in my next stay.

We didn’t know that cleaning was only every three nights and I didn’t know that the rate was in POUND STERLING. Those were the negatives. I only give this property 2 stars because had I known this at booking, I would have gone with someone else. But because we didn’t know these things, the room was spacious for two, very modern and updated. Also had a kitchenette and the bed was comfy. I also really liked the location. It is next to a corner store and also close Tower Bridge and great along with bus and train transportation. These were actually really great. Lastly, this hotel was 1 hour and 22 min from Heathrow. Hope you enjoy your London trip.

Bed comfy & liked that it was a smart tv. Large & spacious , very clean studio.I was asked for passport on arrival , which as a British citizen I didn't have , eventually they said it was ok ..this made me feel uncomfortable. Ask for a room higher up & not facing trains as I had a low down room right next to trains which kept me awake . Apart from the trains the property was very quiet , there were no banging doors or noisy cleaners on corridors . Would have liked windows to have opened for fresh air( especially if cooking )as they were locked & I was told they weren’t allowed to be opened . Was there for 8 days & cleaners did an excellent job when they serviced room half way through my stay , they were very polite & professional. Tv needs to be on an extendable arm so you can pull it out from wall as it was difficult to see fully whilst on sofa . Loved the large bathroom which had a heated towel rail & large shower & lots of space on shelf for toiletries etc. Would be nice if teabags / milks / mini toiletries/ washing machine tablets / loo rolls / tissues were in baskets at reception to help ourselves to when run out or maybe left outside doors each day in a bag as these weren’t topped up .Liked the fact there was a lift . It had more of a rented apartment feel to it than a hotel . Enjoyed my stay .

This place was a wonderful value in terms of price for the available amenities. The kitchenette was very functional with all necessary supplies to cook up a simple meal, and the washer/dryer was much appreciated after having been away from home for 5 days. Also, the room was immaculate, with updated fixtures and quality linens. Even though the property is literally right next to an overground train line, the quality dual pane windows and insulation blocked almost all of the noise, so unless you are a really light sleeper, you shouldn't be bothered by it at all. Next time I come to London, I will be very happy to book another stay at Rockwell East.

This property was amazing had the most relaxing time great kitchen to cook food with dishwasher and washing machine. windows all around/bathroom shower was lovely. Very clean great size studio. The only issues was at the reception when arriving. Was told you need to have a British passport that my guest wouldn’t be let in because he was from a different country. felt uncomfortable that I had to explain myself to the lady as she said she will refuse him coming in. this could be a problem if people are traveling from other countries to london to stay if this is the case to clear put this so people will decide if there would still go ahead and book. Lucky there was a very kind gentleman working also on reception that sorted this issue straight away and was very professional and insured me that there was no problem i was happy that he was there and deal with this. Overall i was very impressed and happy with the stay will definitely stay again

We spent 3 nights at the Rockwell East. The Studio was well equipped and clean. The Queen bed is a little small for two people but comfy. Also the noises were totally bareable. If you’re used to city noises you won’t have any problems. Overall we can recommend this place and would stay here again! BTW if you consider an early check in or check out this is only possible with an extra charge of 25£ per hour. We had to wait until the clock strikes 3 pm to get our keys. But you can stow your luggage without any charges. Also check out at 10 am is quite early but again you’re able to stow your luggage until your departure.

Super zentrales Apartment in der Nähe der Tower Bridge. Supermarkt schräg gegenüber, Underground fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Für uns war die Lautstärke der Straße kein Problem, haben auch mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Küche gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Wasserdruck im Bad war etwas gering, aber noch gut. Ein paar kleine Stellen mit Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche, aber auch das absolut im Rahmen. Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment für einen günstigen Preis.

Really clean and beautiful aesthetic with spacious room (studio) that was well equipped. Only criticism is regarding the TV not only did it not work but it wasn’t smart which felt slightly outdated within the overall quality of the place. Check-in was easy with friendly staff who were informative and professional. Location of the property was great with close walks to Tower Bridge/ Aldgate/ Whitechapel/ Wapping.

The room was spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay (complete kitchen and even a washing machine). I appreciated the 24-hour reception and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London.
