Insgesamt völlig in Ordnung, jedoch sehr einfache Einrichtung, die ungemütlich wirkt. Das Bett war sehr weich, was man mögen kann oder auch nicht. Der Fitness-/Spa-Bereich ist für so ein kleines Hotel gut. Ebenso die Lage: Ruhig und trotzdem mitten in South Kensington, wodurch auch eine gute Anbindung an Museen, die U-Bahnen und Knightsbeidge gegeben ist.

Clean room, but the floor makes noise and there were no cameras on the hallway except the maintenance and that gave less safe feeling. The staff! The men were very friendly but the ladies were friendly and not welcoming. Not professional at all. Is shame.

I had a great stay here for a week long work trip. 2 days I worked from the room and the WiFi was great. The room was quite warm (great for me!). The fridge and kitchenette meant I could shop at the local Tesco and heat food to save on eating out costs, but Uber Eats can deliver straight to the door also. It’s great to know there are staff on reception 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful.

The accomodation was booked for a family of 2 adults and one 4year old and it was sufficient for us for 6-7days stay. The property has lift so it was easy to stay on higher floors with stroller. The underground station is 10min walk and bus stops are 3min walk away. The reception is available 24*7. Basic toiletries were provided like shampoo, towels.... Cleaning of the room is not provided unless explicitly asked for. Laundry room is available however you need to get your own detergent which is fair enough. The public transport being reachable was a major advantage for us as we relied on it for our stay. Grocery store is near the underground station so also quite reachable. Overall: would recommend the accomodation for location. Amenities were as expected for the price.

The rooms are large and clean. Bathroom good. Little kitchen too. The location is great. U Bahn Natur Museum Kensington Park everything can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a bicycle station directly opposite. Recommended for a 2-3 day stay

We’ve stayed here 3x, felt this was enough to drop a review. It’s a decent hotel for the price, the kitchenette is a nice thing to have in spendy London and the room is spacious. The bed is fine, pillows could use some work (far too flat). In general, the place could use a little updating but if you aren’t super precious it’s fine. The rooms would benefit from a few small “comforts” - actual hand soap, a dry rack + cloth for dishes, a few more sets of silverware/dishes, etc. - that sort of small stuff would really make it feel more comfy for guests and doesn’t cost much for the hotel to provide. We’ll likely stay again at some point, the location is great and convenient for food, grocery, and transit.

Im Apartment war es unglaublich heiß, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Man konnte kaum schlafen dadurch. Das Bad war sehr dreckig, die Küchenutensilien in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Kühlschrank fiel einem entgegen beim Öffnen. Es fehlte an Besteck und wurde erst nach hartnäckigem Nachfragen ausgehändigt.
