The staff is kind and polite. The location is really convenient. They provided us VIP welcome and we are impressed. I highly recommend this hotel to others.
We were arranged at room 602. Which is a room on the ground floor and right next to the kitchen/ restaurant and get very noisy since 630am.
Apart from that , it's good.
Just wish you're not given ground floor room
Great staff, full of enthusiasm and passion;
Great assistance from staff when we first stayed;
Great location, near both Paddington and Lancaste Gate station;
Room is clean and big with beautiful custom dyed fabrics;
Mineral Water and home-made Cookies provided.

靠近Padditon站,去倫敦周邊或機場都方便,不過酒店位於排屋其中一單位並不是獨立一庢建築物,可能要花少少時間揾。另外,因為我訂房時不包早餐,酒店職員推薦我買每天GBP25兩人的早餐卷,我要了四天,check out 應該是GBP100, 但他們說邑GBP300, 我當然不會付款,後來他們說是職員出錯,最後我當然只付GPB100, 在這點各位朋友要小心檢查收費

Hotel in good location
The hotel was very close to Paddington Station and the room is in clean condition. Just a little bit small size is expected. I have not try the restaurant in the hotel as there are many restaurant in nearby area. The staff is very nice and helpful and the facility inside the room is also enough.

I frequently accommodate at hotels around the world. I find that The Royal Park Hotel is just a so so hotel. We stayed at the Deluxe 4 Poster Suite on the 1st floor, the air condition system was so noisy that we needed to move to another room on the next day. Strongly suggest the hotel to fix the air conditioning system before releasing that Deluxe 4 Poster Suite on the 1st floor to any customers because the room is expensive. In addition, on the 3rd day, the housekeeping people forgot to close and lock the balcony door connecting the bedroom and living room of our suite after daily cleaning.
I however, appreciated the staff at the reception whose name starting with M. She was very nice and helpful. She told us how to take a faster route by tube to British Museum.

Good location, only spend 5mins walk to the Royal Park hotel from padditon station, friendly staff and very nice service . Thanks to Victoria and Rani , there are warm and very helpful . I will come again

The staff were very friendly and responsive and the overall ambience was very good. However, there were two issues. First, the room safe did not work, but someone came and removed and replaced it promptly so that was easily resolved. The more aggravating problem was that the room was under heated and the en-suite bathroom was not heated at all (in February). After asking the manager for assistance, he stated that the thermostat was switched to an energy savings setting. He overrode that and we were able to heat the room, but next morning the maid put it back on energy savings so it cooled right down again by the time we came back. The freezing cold bathroom made showering unpleasant.
