Easy access but the room is small and dirty

Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor.

great location, near by Paddington station and a lots restaunt's nearby. Even the room is not big, but overall i think it's CP value is still high.

Construction noise started early in the morning

Construction noise in the morning, dated interior and you may not want to stay in the room during daytime. Good location to the underground and train. Yet I will try other hotels when I visit the city again.

The room is on the basement floor and it’s too small. It’s difficult to push my large luggages through the narrow aisles. The only merit is the good location.

It was a nice property for the price. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be we had 3 adults. 2 older adults and a 21 year old. The 2 older adults had to climb up (with large suitcases) the spiral staircase to the bed. The only very small bathroom was downstairs.

The staff are very helpful and multi lingual. The room was very clean. They have an elevator which is great as i don't really need to be carrying my heavy bag up and down stairs. It's very close to paddington which is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

So handy for Paddington Station. We were made very welcome at reception and the barman and breakfast overseer were both very helpful and friendly. We will stay again.

Great location. Clean rooms. I booked a triple room for 3 adults and it was way too small. We could barely move around, no counter or table space to put our belongings. Tiny bathroom where the toilet has barely any space in front. This room is for one person definitely not 3.

Rooms are old, furniture broken, beds are terrible, we stayed 3 nights beds were like sleeping on concrete, no air con in the rooms, no fridge, safe is old, no power points to charge devices, broken draws and desk. I had to pay a 50 pound damage deposit for any damage, hard to damage items that are already damage. Bathroom was small and leaked water, strange smell from the drain. Telephone in the room didn’t work at all, tv small and flat batteries in the remote. The rooms have thin walls and you can hear everything. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel serviable et gentil. La situation géographiques permet d'aller dans tout londres et même en dehors côté nord et est. Chambre avec tasse et bouilloires, thé et cafés, ce qui est super dans une ville aussi cher. La seul chose qui m'a vraiment déplus c'est de payer pour que l'on vous garde vos bagages dans la consigne de l'hôtel. Le prix est en fonction des tailles des bagages. Donc une chances qu'on avait que des sac a dos ,on nous a fait un prix. Apparemment c'est courant à Londres. Mais cela ne ce fait pas dans les autres pays.
