In a great area that was super conveniently located ten minute walk to paddington station. So much to do nearby too. Hotel room had plenty of everything and more stocked in lobby to be able to grab when needed. Liked the convenience of not having housekeeping and being able to come and go using the app as our key.

One of the elevators was out of order while we were there which was slightly inconvenient as the elevators are quite small to begin with. Other than that we had a great stay. The bathroom had heated floors and the room was large and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. There was staff of site at the front desk in case I needed anything but I just used the app chat feature for support. Check in and check out was super easy. Everything was contactless as they had essentials in a cabinet in the lobby that you could get. Unfortunately, if you do want to get your hotel room cleaned, there is a small fee. The hotel is right next to Kensington Gardens making it easy for a morning stroll. There were multiple stations within walking distance making it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The room itself isn't large but was enough for me with space to walk around even with an open suitcase on the floor. My bathroom had heated floors which you could adjust the settings to as well. You can slightly hear the train outside but it honestly didn't keep me up or anything. It was a faint sound. The only issue for me was the bed is more firm and the pillows are on the flatter side. As a side sleeper, it was a little rough but I didn't ask for any more pillows or to see if there were mattress pads.

The easy access via the number locks and, via the app, the mobile lock function were absolutely phenomenal choices. After traveling for hours I often don't feel like interacting with people straightaway. Thanks to the locks and all info given in the Sonder app I could easily get everything done on my own. The two elevators ensured I didn't have to climb several flights of stairs after a busy day, which I don't take for granted in London. There are two bus stops in about equal distance from the accommodation, both nearby, and a tube station nearby aswell (in addition to Paddington being 10 minutes away). There's some pubs and restaurants just down the street, a Waitrose and Tesco nearby, so you have plenty of options. My room on the 5th floor was lovely and extremely spacious, equipped with all you'd need: A coffee machine, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, a clothing iron... And the bathroom was equally spacious and modern with a big shower. There was an issue with the fire alarm control panel next to my room, which people came to check on and try to solve quickly after I reported it, with further attempts to fix it the next day when there was no easy solution. I will definitely keep the Sonder Henry in mind for my next stay in London as well, great value for the price!

I enjoyed my 2 nights at The Henry. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was nice, but could really do with a fresh coat of paint. Common areas of the hotel were in good condition, and the essentials cupboard is a fantastic idea.
