Stayed at this hotel before and had a pleasant stay.
This time I prepaid
Stay was fine, however after checking out, the hotel took full payment, meaning I paid twice.
On calling the hotel the first words were- can you send an email, no was the answer. the receptionist tried to justify taking the payment was hotel policy!!
Nothing mentioned when checking in, if indeed this is hotel policy then be warned, you will pay twice and then told you have to wait for an unauthorised charge to be refunded in 5 days! Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel?
