部屋が屋根裏部屋のような感じでしたが、トイレやバスは清潔で、観光メインの短期滞在なら特に問題なかったです。フロントのスタッフの印象も良かったです。 また夜は静かで騒音も全く気にならなかったです。 滞在した時がたまたま？20℃前後だったので備え付けの扇風機と窓を少し開けるだけで問題なかったですが、もっと暑くなるとそれだけでは辛いだろうなと思いました。

Property was basic and the basement rooms smelled of damp. Two weird and large skylights above beds with no curtains so bright in the summer. For London, this is acceptable and tolerated but outside of London it would not be worth the money.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The lack of AC was rough, but manageable and didn’t affect us too much. Overall highly recommend!

The property had a nice location. It did not have Air conditioning, no ice machine. I was billed for a three person room, but is was clearly a two person room. The room was very small. It was so hot there that we had to move to a different hotel after the first night. So far I haven't seen any refund from my 3 day paid reservation. Thus place is definitely falsely advertised.

Front desk staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was rude and didn't clean when asked to do so. They took our dirty towels but didn't leave clean ones. Didn't take all of our trash or leave additional toilet paper. In fact, had to ask multiple times for toilet paper, finally bought some ourselves and the cleaning staff took a partial roll and still didn't replace it. Bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot.

Es una buena propiedad en un lugar muy muy bien conectado al centro de la ciudad, pero entre la falta de limpieza durante la estancia y que no tenían los servicios como restaurant, les vale una calificación real para que puedan mejorar esos aspectos. En donde lo.notamos, de las camas solo extendieron las colchas, no rellenaron el agua en uno de los días y yo diría que faltan. No barrieron ni trapearon la recámara.

Alle sehr nett. Es wurde gerade renoviert. Also villt sind zu Zimmer zukünftig besser. Aktuell würde ich es nur für ein Wochenende in London empfehlen. Die Bahn/Bus Anbindung ist super und alle 10min kommt ein Bus/Bahn.

Someday this might be a fairly nice boutique hotel. But not yet. We stayed here for ten days in May 2025. This hotel opened two months ago in one of London's 19th century historic townhome rows and is still under renovation. Our first night was marred by the smell of paint and construction noise as the stairs next to our room was being plastered and painted. At least the room was clean and modernized, with good facilities (except for the shower head, which leaked badly). The next night was quieter, but still some paint smell. The mattress was new and very good. After three nights we moved to another room. It was similarly modern, but the mattress was terrible. We needed towels on it to cushion us against the springs we could feel. The TV was not hooked up and no one could fix it. The windows did not close properly and we used towels to block the cold air. (The windows in this historic district cannot be replaced but a carpenter could fix the problems). So, two nights there and we were moved to a third room for the rest of our stay, which was quite pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and tried to meet our needs, even if a couple of times they over promised what they were able to deliver. Special thanks to Babar, who took the brunt of our complaints. I like the location, a short walk to shops and transportation. The hotel room rate was reasonable. SO, maybe we will stay here again someday, but AFTER they finish the place!

The hotel is a clean budget hotel, and the price made the stay in London possible. It’s a short walk to Kensington Gardens, and there’s a tube station a few minutes’ walk away. The guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and lent me a converter when I realized I’d forgotten mine and couldn’t charge my phone.
