Actually quite a good small hotel, pool was nice but didn’t get chance to try the gym. Room was small but clean. Shower is small so not recommended for bigger people. The DLR is loud but if you have ear plugs your are ok. Good value for what I paid. Internet was free but complicated to setup for multiple devices.

A Disastrous Stay I wish I could give zero stars for my stay at Ark Hotel, as it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the visit was riddled with disappointment and frustration. Firstly, the room lacked a basic amenity – the TV remote was missing, which meant I couldn’t even use the television properly. On top of that, I was not informed beforehand about the lack of robes and slippers for using the sauna and pool facilities. This is a glaring omission that demonstrates poor communication and a lack of care for guest comfort. To make matters worse, the property is not a proper hotel but seems to be a residential building passed off as one. This is highly misleading and adds to the discomfort of the entire experience. The staff were absolutely horrible – unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. Honestly, I regret ever booking a reservation, and I strongly advise others to avoid this so-called hotel at all costs. If I can claim compensation, I absolutely will, as this stay was a waste of time, money, and energy. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. This place is an utter disaster.

Nous avons été très déçu, car l'immeuble (hôtel) est à côté de ligne de chemin de fer. Les trains passent toutes les 3 minutes et le bruit résonne dans tout l'appartement. La salle d'eau est tellement petit qu'il n'y à pas de lavabo mais un lave main puisque la douche et le wc sont face à face. Compliqué pour se laver correctement.

Great location a short two minute walk to the tube. However strong smell of cannabis in hotel room which was unpleasant. Bathroom on the small side. Whilst useable, any person taller than 5foot10 will struggle in the bathrooms. Other than this, very modern and clean facilities.
