The room did not have a window, was in the basement which we were not made aware at any time, I would be very claustrophobic, staff told us hotel was fully booked so couldn’t move us, however there were rooms available online to book when we checked ourselves? Hotel itself was very good & clean, we are sad that we couldn’t have moved room as it then would have been a 10/10 space for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Executive Apartment, which was clean and spacious, and the large, comfortable bed was a big plus. The location right next to Liverpool Street Station is perfect for getting around London. There are plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby, and Spitalfields Market is just around the corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay – we would definitely come back.

This place is a gem!! Our family had one of the best hotel stays ever here. This place has everything- the best and friendliest staff, a fabulous location close to two tube stops, delicious fresh breakfast, big fluffy towels, comfortable beds in well-appointed and immaculately clean rooms, and a beautiful bar to wrap up the day. Danyaal, Emily, Ash, Martina, Sumayyah, Rinker (spelling?) and all everyone else working here- SO friendly and helpful. They really must only hire people with great interpersonal skills. Thank you, Team Wilde!

Lovely welcoming staff. Very clean and well equipped room. Air conditioning was very welcomed after a humid day in the city. Facilities were great in room and out of room. I had a lovely pastry in the morning for breakfast that I bought from the bar area. It was expensive but very much got value for money as it was huge. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Really lovely rooms. We got allocated a basement room which was slightly annoying since all the photos showed rooms with windows and it was not clear that we would be allocated a room with no natural light. Other than this, spotless rooms, super comfy large beds, Smeg appliances and a generally very modern apartment. 😊

Very nice apartment, had everything we needed including air conditioning. Close to Liverpool tube station and Spittlefield with all the shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It’s on petticoat lane so note the market is on on Sundays

I loved the staff. I arrived in the pouring rain and staff were just very warm and friendly. Very helpful also. I don’t think I have many negatives other than the entry door to the building was a bit weird sometimes.

Exceptional Stay at Wilde Aparthotels Liverpool Street! My recent stay at Wilde Aparthotels London Liverpool Street was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I was incredibly impressed when they proactively merged my last-minute extra night booking with my original stay, even providing a complimentary room upgrade to accommodate the change seamlessly. This level of initiative and customer care is truly rare. To top it off, they surprised me with a complimentary breakfast in recognition of my birthday – a wonderfully thoughtful gesture that made my special day even better. And the kindness didn't stop there; a lovely staff member even gifted me with a complimentary resupply of water bottles in my room, simply as a kind present. Beyond the outstanding service, the room itself was incredibly impressive. It was modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making for a truly relaxing retreat. The location is also excellent, offering great accessibility to everything London has to offer. Overall, the amazingly friendly and attentive staff truly made this stay exceptional. I highly recommend Wilde Aparthotels London Liverpool Street to anyone looking for a top-tier experience in the city. I can't wait to return!
