“Check in was easy. Booked on line but when we got there the room was finished yet, so was offered another room on ground floor. “We travel long distance for work. After a long morning of packing and riding for hoursand hours in the car we opted to stay in the town of Yellow Springs Ohio. Finding the Springs Motel to be a cute throwback to the 50s type stay we opted to spend the night. Entering through a door that swings out we were shocked to see a very tiny and hot room. “Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked it last May for a rock festival, drove 4 hours after work to get there at 12am and be told they didn’t have our booking. When asked we were told by the front desk she was new and had no idea but the owner said it was an error in the system which made them not receive my reservation. I booked a year in advance. Would not give a number for customer service through the hotel. ”
