“We stayed at this cabin for two nights in May and were lucky to have beautiful weather, which made our experience even better. We traveled as a family with children, and they absolutely loved Hiroo the dog, they still haven’t stopped talking about him. The cabin was very clean, neat, and well-organized, with all the basic kitchen essentials provided. “Had a great stay. Love the cabin and remote location right on the lake. My only suggestion is being more upfront about the fact that this cabin is 100% off grid with quite a few processes to ensure you have all the systems running properly every day. This was not a problem for us as we are mechanically inclined, but it did come as a surprise as I didn’t see this in the rental description.Regardless, we had a really wonderful stay and would definitely reccoment the place to others ”

“Beautiful lake, cabin was semi-clean, needs a deep clean. Cabin has a strong, musty mothballs smell( not pleasant in my opinion). For the price that we paid per night, I felt that firewood should be included. We had some cold, rainy days and the inside electric fire sound like it was going to blow up so we had to turn the stove on to warm up the place. Barbeque that they provided was not in good repair and was full of cigarette butts.”

Das Haus und der Garten sind eine Oase der Ruhe, die nur durch Tiergeräusche, wie die von u.a. Streifenhörnchen, Spechten, einem Kolibri und ab und zu von weiter entfernten Nachbarn unterbrochen wird. Uns hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt: es war u.a. ausreichend Trinkwasser vorhanden, wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und backen in der voll……
