This cabin is located in Cold Springs, CA at 5,700 feet Elevation. The Cabin House is ONLY 5 minutes to Pinecrest Lake, and 14 min Dodge Ridge Summer Resort! Summer-time at Dodge boasts live music, a rock walls, fun games for the kiddos, lunch serving mountain types of food, chair lift rides up the mountain, mountain biking trails for all levels, disc golf, yoga and hiking. We currently added WIFI, WOOT,WOOT! Also, a 2nd coffee maker, a Keurig. We provide fresh coffee grounds for the original coffee maker, but for the Keurig, bring your favorite pods! We keep extra coffee in the freezer too!
Wood is available at the cabin, but we do charge a fee, to replenish it, of $10 per bundle of 8. If you use the wood, please inform me so I can request the fee approval from you via VRBO.
The Cabin House in the Forest is Spacious at 2,500 sq. ft. and sleeps 10! This cabin is great for family gatherings, friend reunions, a getaway baby shower, a bridal shower, or special family celebrations! There are two private entrances, with a private deck overlooking the forest with its own private bathroom in the lower level. This master bedroom has a game console, a mini library and it has a king-sized bed plus a pull-out couch!
Also, we accept prior bookings for the upcoming seasons of winter, Spring, and Summer stays. Even if blocked, send an inquiry! Flexible rental options! If you love the area why not book one week a month for 2-6 months, work staycations, or 2-3 month-long stays. Send an inquiry for the special pricing for the longer stay options you're interested in.
This amazing cabin has four private rooms to sleep in. There's three bedrooms, plus an upstairs loft! The loft is set up as a bedroom and lounge area with a TV, a game console, and two built-in twin beds. Additional beds include two king-sized beds, one queen bed, and a full-sized sofa bed in the downstairs master bedroom for a total of SIX BEDS! This cabin has two full bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom with its own private sitting area, a pull-out sleeper, a mini library, DVD Player, game console, and a private deck with private keyed exterior access.

For magical winter visits, the living room is especially stunning with a window wall bringing in natural light and views of the spectacular and grand Sierra pine trees. After you light up a cozy fire in the wood burning stove, It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind in this "retreat" like getaway!!
The adjacent kitchen is loaded! There are full sized appliances and everything you would need to cook a special meal or bake some fresh treats! There's a dishwasher to aid with fast clean up so you can enjoy every moment of your stay. For gatherings, a large dining table with an additional chair is nearby. There are two bar seats on the island as well. Dining Alfresco is always another choice, particularly during the spring, summer, and fall months! Bon Appetit!
For indoor entertainment, we have you covered! There are two large flat screen TVs and a Nintendo and PlayStation console, so you can get your game on!
For book lovers, there is a "Free Little Library" at the cabin. "Need a book? Take one. Have a book? Leave one." Not only is it super cute, it has a lot of different book options.
We have plenty of board games, puzzles, and playing cards, too!
For outdoor entertainment, there are two spacious decks, with a propane BBQ grill! Currently, there's propane, but you may have to fill it if it runs out. There are plenty of deck chairs, and there's a horseshoe pit sure to bring your group loads of fun!
For the car enthusiast, there is a two-car garage for you to use to keep your car enclosed and clean!
