“This was the best way to celebrate my father in law’s 90th birthday. We had 14 people overall. All 4 of his children and 3 of 6 grandchildren. The house with its 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and one awesome roof top deck was spectacular. One block from the beach and so close to so many things. The two kitchens plus the various decks and ample space provided everyone with a space for games, solace and entertainment. We all, especially my father in law had a terrific experience. “The owner really needs to invest in some basic upkeep.The outside property was overgrown and had garbage laying around as if the place was vacant for months.Inside the kitchen has ants, both bathrooms had black mold on the shower curtains.The grill had no gas (3 empty tanks) and was left a complere mess.All of this can easily be rectified with thorough cleaning and basic upkeep.”
