“We had a great experience with Andy hosting us, as he was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay there. We loved the personal touches such as the personalised Vegemite with our name on it and the dedicated dog area of treats and toys for our young pup. The property is very private due to its location but also close enough to the local shops. We had one of the most relaxing times staying here at the end of 2023 and look forward to staying here……

Gorgeous beaches and great days surfing at North and South Broulee Beach. Board hire was easy. Great meals nearby - Club Malua around the corner and Broulee Brewhouse for fun. ”

“Beautiful location, near to Moruya town and beach. Lovely accommodation. Attentive host, who ensured that I was happy and carried out little extras like making up the fire pit.Very safe for my dog, who could explore the whole property.”

“Amazing position. Right on the beach Living area upstairs so great view. Unit had what you needed, just needed a bit of finishing of some painting on doors etc. Unit was mostly clean but could have done with a deeper clean such as oven, door tracks and patios and some cooking items like frypan replaced.”

“Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely.”

“Great little place everything you need one road back from the beach. Clean neat and comfy. Would have been nice to stay a little longer and enjoy the beach being nearly at your doorstep. Thanks for your hospitality - Everything just as advertised. little cramped if you had lots of people in the living area but that didn't concern us at all. Excellent place if you had little kids.”
