“The cottage is great is located in a wonderful place near the Little Tennessee river with private Falls. It had a special place to have a campfire and just nice and cozy away from everything. The host and hostess were great. They live next-door, but we’re very available when needed for questions and left a sweet surprises on our arrival. We would recommend this place to anyone.”

“We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this charming cabin! Our family of four felt right at home thanks to the incredibly comfortable beds and the cozy, rustic vibe of the house. The fireplace was a highlight for us, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Highlands, making it so convenient to explore the area. “Our stay was around when Helene Hurricane came through, Sept 27, 2024. The power was out so the cleaning person wasn't able to finish their task prior to our check in. However, there were clean linens and towels in the basement next to the washing machine. We also had trash bags, clean dishes and running water but no power. The cabin was nicely located in Seneca which wasn't far from the university. The cabin was also easy to find. ”
