“Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. “Very close to town, shops and transportation. Easy access to freeway. About 90 minutes from central London, if you need to go into town. I rented a car but you don't really need one as the town center is a 15 minute walk. Beautiful location, friendly neighbors, what's not to like.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful! Rob was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was great - lovely and warm with a full kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. Thank you for a great stay! ”

Absolutely horrible

"I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got."
