“Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. Ideal for 4 people, Murphy bed at end of large lounge/kitchen with screening for privacy and second shower/loo. Would……

“Over all the house is nice but there is several factors that seriously it down.Cleaning - It needs a thorough deep clean. The bbq is filthy, outdoor kitchen area is covered in a layer of dirt. Kitchen cutlery was dirty, glasses the same. Toaster was rotten and the oven grill was dirty. Washing machine stank of mould and even after running it on a hygiene cycle twice it still stank! Hot tub has a layer of dirt in the bottom. Cannot be hygienic You open the windows and the trims and ledges are……

“The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped ( even a cafetiere ). Finding that there was a sofa bed was good. The approach along the stairs isn't wonderful, a bit drab and unloved but once in the apartment, all is good. There is some street parking right outside the Stratford and we were lucky and bagged a space, otherwise free parking nearby in other streets. ”

“A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. But overall, highly recommended for a chilled summertime couple of nights away. Top tip: the folks at the cafe opposite are very friendly and serve a great……
