“This was our first trip to Delaware and it was a pleasant surprise. The property is in the Peninsula which is a resort like residential area. Our initial thought was to drive to the beach while on vacation. We never made it because the pools here were so nice! “Overall, the house was clean and nice. We went there for family vacation with kids. The amenities were good. Indoor swimming pool was big and great for cold weather. However, check-in was a bit of issue and took me an hour to figure out. Vacasa was the one in charge of all process but they did not communitcate well to their local staff the gate staff. I had to fix it at the gate and waited there.”

“An awesome property right across the marina and we enjoyed the view particularly early morning and everything is so quiet. Check in and check out process was seamless and so happy for that. Only thing I would mention is that kitchen was not stocked up with all the essential small items as you would expect from such beautiful home.
