“We stayed at another house 3 years ago owned by the same owner and we were impressed. This place was even nicer and newer with excellent amenities. Owner was great to deal with and helpful and hospitable. Will stay here again!!”

“Overall, the house was clean and nice. We went there for family vacation with kids. The amenities were good. Indoor swimming pool was big and great for cold weather. However, check-in was a bit of issue and took me an hour to figure out. Vacasa was the one in charge of all process but they did not communitcate well to their local staff the gate staff. I had to fix it at the gate and waited there.”

“The place was clean and neat with a large kitchen and dining area perfect for our family of ten. Bedrooms had plenty of room, we made three baths work. Owner very attentive and responded to call for Wi-Fi reboot very quickly. She also detailed two issues so we knew she knew it wasn’t us. I recommend this property if you want easy access to Baltimore like we did.”

“It was right on the water and we created so many memories In this house. Kiddos loved the open floor plan amd had blast as well Starting from check In to check our the process was so smooth. Property manager was spmlimd and helpful.”

“House was large enough for 10 of us. Enough room to congregate in the kitchen, living room & outdoor patio; and large enough to sprawl out for down-time. House was clean; beds & couches were comfortable. Community wave pool, splash pad, and water obstacle were our kids fave part of the rental. It was a surprise to us that there was additional fee for this because it was not mentioned on the initial listing but in the end the fee was worth it for us. The only thing we would recommend would be to……

“A beautiful spacious place to stay. Amazing with plenty of room, a ping pong table and great outdoor screened porches. And plenty of dishes for a great dinner. Comfort and convenience in this beautiful space.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The house is in a super cute and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, made smores with the grill, took walks and played in the yard. Cape Henlopen and Rehobeth Beach are within 30 minutes and both are beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and shops close by as well. We have already recommended this place to our friends who are looking to travel soon and we will definitely be back!”

“We had an awesome time. The house was neat, clean, quiet and in great shape. Definitely more than enough room for the 10 of us. The kids had a great time at the swimming pool area which contained a wave pool and a pool with an obstacle course. Mary Beth was wonderful. She was very responsive and helpful with regard to the home as well as The Peninsula. ”

“An awesome property right across the marina and we enjoyed the view particularly early morning and everything is so quiet. Check in and check out process was seamless and so happy for that. Only thing I would mention is that kitchen was not stocked up with all the essential small items as you would expect from such beautiful home. Certainly, I would come back and enjoy more time in future.”

“The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.”
