“This was a perfect home to spend a long weekend with our son's family, which includes our favorite granddaughter! The home's amenities brought us great trouble-free comfort and entertainment, both indoors and outdoors. Its location on the lake provided stunning views and easy access to a boat rental from Capt Rogers Pontoon Rental—five-star as well! Andrew is a great host. We would rent from him again. ”

“Overall this was a nice vacation spot . Property manager was very responsive. Cabin was very clean. The only complaint my four boys had was it was a little warm at night in the loft area.”

“Location was great for fishing Moosehead Lake and lodge has great space for the ten of us to relax and sleep and cook in the evening. Only down side was there was not enough parking for the number of trucks and trailers e we had but we made sure by leaving trailers at the near by boat landing.”

“The location was beautiful, right on the river and beautiful views. Close to trails for ATV. The Rockwood bar and grill fed us two nights and we enjoyed it! The home was cozy and had the essentials. We enjoyed spending time in the downstairs living room. The house could have had a deeper clean (just lots of cob webs and some bugs around lights) I also wish there was less responsibility on the guests. We had to do laundry and take all of our trash. This left us in a rush and waking up early to……

“We stayed for 8 days, the house is comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. 3 Suggestions - Dishwasher did not work, did not have power. More towels for drying dishes would be helpful. Bed in downstairs bedroom is pretty worn out, would be good to consider replacing. Other than that it is warm, well lit and clean.”
