“除了有1小段只有樓梯没電梯，搬運大行李箱很吃力之外，其它都很好。”

“オンラインでのチェックインを前提としており、スタッフがいる時間である夕方６時迄にチェックインをしないと、戸惑う事になりそう。チェックイン後も６時以降はスタッフに連絡を取れないので、部屋の温度調整や湯沸かしの提供依頼は、Expedia経由となった。ただし翌朝のスタッフ出勤後に直ぐ対応してもらえた。モーゼル川の流れを見ながらの朝食は素晴らしかった。 ”

“Wir waren für eine Übernachtung da und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Abends waren wir im Wellness Bereich und ein sehr gepflegter, schöner Bereich. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegend sehr ruhig , in Nähe der Moselpromenade . Nach Cochem sind es zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min. ”

“Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker.Nett war der gratis Kuchen am Nachmittag.Der Pool war angenehm temperiert, aber leider gab es zu wenig Liegen zum Relaxen. Rund um das Hotel kann man sehr schön wandern.Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend.”
