“The hotel was very nice. But the booking is such a headache to process. We booked though Travelocity, and due to the hotel’s no free cancellation policy, we had to pay the cost ahead, which is fine. But when we checked in the hotel, we were told that we had to pay again. By the time we checked out, there was no power and WiFi, can’t use the same credit card as the one we paid with before. So we paid off with WeChat pay ( popular in China ), and of course it has no receipt from the hotel. Called……
