“Celebrated my 40th birthday here. Everything about this villa is absolutely incredible. Tons of room, beautiful views, and the grounds are incredible. The water level was perfect on the private beach and its only a short walk down to the waters edge. We had a tritoon rental and it was easily beached while not in use. Jennifer and Randy are really great hosts as well. I can't recommend this place more if you need to.host a large party. If i ever get the opportunity ill be back. If i could……

The cabin was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “We had a fantastic time staying at Independence Stay in Carlton Landing! Everything was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 6 year old and 18 month old boys). The check-in was effortless with the front door code and everything was immaculate and there was plenty of room for all of us. My wife and I stayed downstairs and our son and daughter-in-law and our grandkids stayed upstairs which worked great and the kitchen was just the right size. My grandson and I loved playing the video game……
